Pie Crust 3.0

Most bakers are shy about pie baking as the crust component can be frustrating. Well, this can be simplified via this course. The course will be two hours in length — the first hour is a discussion, and in the second hour, there will be time for each participant to make a double crust to take home and enjoy. Happy Pi Day!
Instructor: Leigh Wheeler is a retired family physician who enjoys baking and eating homemade pies. It is a privilege to pass on this knowledge, and it will be the third course he has instructed for OLLI on this topic.
Course tuition includes a $5 for supplies. Out of caution, and respect, masks are encouraged.
