This course looks back upon the popular PBS series that aired its fourth and final season five years ago. In it, Walter attempts to refresh our memories, tracing the Durrells’ adventures from India to southern England and on to Corfu, using stunning full-color images of Corfu and vintage Durrell family photos. It was within this wonderful and wacky world that Lawrence’s contributions to literature and Gerry’s to conservation were shaped.
