April 1942. The United States is determined to strike back at the Empire of Japan for the raid on Pearl Harbor. The Doolittle Raid over Tokyo and other cities was the response. 16 planes took part in the raid. 15 crashed or had crippled landings in China. But not Plane 8. Why did it not bomb Tokyo?
