Cheese is a great cuisine when it shares the plate with nuts, dried fruits, and crackers. Taste the ways these pairings will enhance your enjoyment of eating cheese and hear the stories that will grow your love of cheese.
Instructor: Carol Gouty managed the cheese department at Wegmans, where she enjoyed sharing her passion for cheese with others.
- For full enjoyment, participants are encouraged to pick up the cheese flight ($10), handouts, and booklet at Cheese Department, Wegmans Store, State College. Materials and cheese flights will be available on Ocotber 20, 21, and 22 (before class). Payment for the cheese flight is required at the time of pick-up.
