Introduction to Yoga

Curious about yoga? Enjoy a brief overview of its benefits, basic yoga terminology, expectations for a beginner class, and demonstrations of poses. There will be an opportunity for you to try poses if you wish.
Instructor: Angela Rogers, a certified aquatic fitness instructor and yoga teacher, completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training program at the Mount Nittany Institute of Natural Health in 2009.
- Participants should wear comfortable clothing to bend and stretch in, but it should not be too loose. A yoga mat is not required but it is recommended.
