Big Band music is an important part of our culture that still influences music in the 21st century. Explore the early history and development of this idiom from its earliest days in New Orleans and Chicago and meet the singers who elevated the style and kept it alive for more than one hundred years. 

Lindy Mack is a multi-instrumentalist, arranger and conductor who has been performing and recording music since the 1970s. Lindy's career has taken him all around the U.S. and internationally. Currently, he serves as Musical Director, arranger and keyboardist for the award-winning Unforgettable Big Band in York, Pennsylvania. He has also worked with local theater orchestras for a variety of musical productions.
