With the health care workforce crisis and projected shortage of health care workers continuing to impact our industry across the nation, WellSpan Health is transforming to develop and integrate innovative workforce strategies to retain and attract talented, engaged health care professionals. Join Aaron Gillingham, SVP & Chief People Officer with WellSpan, for a learning experience that dives into the workforce challenges facing today’s health care system. 

Aaron Gillingham joined WellSpan in September 2023 to lead WellSpan's human capital strategy by developing and executing a comprehensive approach to culture, inclusion, and workforce. He has 25+ years of human resources leadership experience in retail, mortgage, and health care organizations. Aaron began his career with Walmart and has spent the last ten years in health care including at UnityPoint Health in Iowa, Beaumont Health in Michigan, and Ohio Health. Gillingham earned his bachelor's degree at Missouri State University and his master's degree in human resource development from Villanova.
