A review of the estate planning and long-term care issues that everyone faces as they age. The course will include a discussion of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, death taxes and asset protection related to nursing home and long-term care.

Robert Clofine is the founder of The Elder Law Firm of Robert Clofine and is an attorney who has practiced in York since 1985. His practice focuses primarily on elder law, estate planning and administration, nursing home asset protection, and related matters. He is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Foundation.
