This course will explore the latest research from historian Michael Wood's In Search of Shakespeare, the BBC TV series and book on Shakespeare's biography, childhood, values, and how his guarded worldview affected his career successes, life and especially his play writing.

Richard Bono is a former English major at Fordham University and lover of American literature. He is also an environmentalist and a York Daily Record columnist on nuclear power. He is an adviser for Clean Jobs for PA and co-founder of York County Farm and Natural Lands Trust.
