Geology Hot Spot Walks: Sam Lewis State Park
Tour | This program is completed
Join geologist Jeri Jones for a walk-through Sam Lewis State Park. We will discuss the topography and geology from the overlook and how that relates to the history in the area. We will then walk to the rock outcrop that every child in York County has played on and examine the park's geologic history. Meet at the pavilion on top of the hill. In the event of rain, we will still meet in the pavilion.
