Many Americans may have learned the concept of brainwashing from the film "The Manchurian Candidate," but this presenter will not only introduce the origin of brainwashing and its progenitor Edward Hunter, but also provide a detailed personal witness account of the specific types of brainwashing that he and all Chinese were subjected to during the Maoist era in China. Brainwashing and thought control practices of the current Chinese regime both at home and overseas will also be discussed. This presentation will include an update on China.
