No matter which presidential candidate we might support, we can probably agree that this campaign and election promise to be bizarre. However, there have been others in history that are notable for being weird.
We'll look at the mischief and malfeasance of some prior elections, and, hopefully, amidst chaos, we can mix a dose of been there, done that with our concern about the future of our democracy.

 

Peg Chown is a recovering attorney and former director of OLLI at Penn State York. Before OLLI, she was an assistant attorney general for the State of Minnesota and an Air Force JAG officer, taught law and politics at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and was dean of Extended Campus Programs at three universities.
