Exercise is Medicine!
Course | Available
Although it may be a cliche to assert that exercise is good for us, there are many questions that arise from such an assertion. How much and what kind of exercise is good? Are there limits past which it becomes bad for our bodies? Are there substitutes that can take the place of exercise with similar results such as GLP-1 agonists (e.g. Ozempic)? What are the diseases from which we gain benefit with exercise? This course will address these and other questions the audience may have, as well as give some concrete exercise guidelines to maintain health as we age.
