As a local leader, former chief of the York City School Police, and current York City Police Commissioner (and prospective Mayoral Candidate), Michael Muldrow proudly credits his God-given ability to collaborate as one of the secrets to his success. In this year's course, we build on the natural progression of last year's presentations, inviting OLLI Members to come out to participate in an open work session with Muldrow and key strategic partners as we review what's been Working, cast vision, and plan for the future of York City. Over the years, Muldrow has learned that the OLLI membership is a wonderful group and an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience. When they come together, there's so much energy, and so many great ideas in the room, that it feels nearly wasteful not to use the platform wisely and capitalize on the moment. Muldrow is inviting everyone to hear from his partners, dialogue with them, and be part of his process, as they take this opportunity to dream together and plan for what's next in York City.

Michael Muldrow is a proud advocate for York, a champion for youth, and a longstanding presence in the local law enforcement community. Over the course of a decorated twenty-year career, he had the opportunity to serve in leadership roles (both with the School District Police and now the City Police Department) for more than twelve years. Muldrow believes that his greatest attributes are his ability to relate to people, his drive, a positive outlook, and a creative/non-traditional approach to problem-solving.
