Depression affects 21 million Americans every year. This program explains what depression is, how to recognize it, and how to manage it. People dealing with depression, in themselves or in loved ones, deserve to live their best lives. The ability to effectively manage depression contributes to the opportunity to live such lives.  Participants will participate in discussions and have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in meaningful exchanges of information.
