Introduction to the Baha'i Faith

Join us to learn a basic understanding of the Baha'i teachings, focusing on the Unity of Religion, and the interconnectedness of all religions. It will also contain a brief history of the Baha'i Faith. Our 90 minute session will have time for questions and discussion. Please bring a notebook and pen if you would like to take notes.
Ann Booth
Ann Booth is an artist and tapestry weaver. She has been a member of the Bahá'í Faith since 1968. For the last two years, she has been weaving ten portraits of ten Bahá'í women executed in Iran in 1983 for their membership in the Bahá'í Faith, which are currently on exhibit at the Bahá'í House of Worship in Wilmett, Illinois. She lived in York County for twenty-three years. While in York, she was a member of the York Human Relations Advisory Board, served on the executive Committee of the NAACP, and was a member of the York Interfaith Council. She currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
