Don’t Knock Yourself Down — Life Does That on Its Own (Repeat from 2023 with changes)

Course | Registration opens 1/21/2025 8:00 AM EST

A large factor in how we live our lives is determined by the way we see ourselves. Who are you in your core being? What factors shaped you? How much control did you have over that process? Does your personality show who you really are, or do you hide parts of yourself? There are practical ways to overcome barriers to change and become more secure. We’ll see stories of people who overcame catastrophic circumstances and encouraged others.
