The Lighter Side of Policing

Lieutenant Robert Lehman will talk about Penn State's Police and Public Safety Department and how it compares to municipal policing as well as events and incidents that have shaped his career and how he ended up where he is today.  He will also discuss the services and programs offered by the University's Police Department and share some of the commonsense things that just might help keep you from becoming a victim. 

Robert Lehman

Lieutenant Robert Lehman has over thirty five years of municipal and university policing experience.  Lieutenant Lehman is currently the station commander of the York Campus and heads the University's community-oriented policing program.  Lieutenant Lehman previously worked at Spring Garden Township Police Department where he served as a detective, a patrol supervisor and a member of the York County Quick Response Team.  Lieutenant Lehman was born and raised near Penn State York, attended Penn State York, and is a Penn State alumnus.
