ZOOM - Yoga and Meditative Practices for Well-Being in Challenging Times (Repeat from Winter, 2024 with no changes)

We will discuss a brief history of yoga and its benefits, and practice a few simple, gentle meditative movement and breathing techniques that can be enjoyed seated (no yoga mat needed). No previous experience required.

She is a certified health and wellness coach with a passion for sharing the practices of yoga and meditation as a force for joy, wellbeing and resilience in these challenging times, and is the author of Bring on the Joy! How to Unleash the Power of Joy in Your Life. Some of her favorite activities include laughing uproariously as well as meditating silently.
