Understanding Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (Repeat from 2024 with changes)

Course | Registration opens 12/9/2024 8:00 AM EST

This course will begin with a brief history of how we got to this point of having so many choices in types of cars. We will discuss conventional cars with internal combustion engines (ICE), hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and finally electric vehicles. How do each of the different types operate and how  are they different from each other? Find out what type of vehicle may be best for your use. Understand what the differences in driving range are, which have the lowest cost per mile, and how to charge an electric vehicle.
