Gentle Fitness Flow 11/19

Jayda Simmons, a senior human development and family studies (HDFS) major at Penn State York, is offering a series of gentle fitness courses for OLLI members. Classes will include seated yoga, gentle stretching, balance exercise, chair exercises, Tai Chi, and arm band workouts. Jayda states, “I believe that people of any age should enjoy fitness and do it at their own pace. I am offering this course to encourage people of all ages to get active at a pace that works for all. Most importantly, I want to create a safe and effective exercise experience for OLLI members. This class will focus on helping individuals enhance their strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.” Members may register for courses individually.
