This $750 million plus project Is a major investment in the York county area and has many unique and challenging aspects that will be presented and discussed. Richard Reisinger
Richard Reisinger graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in civil engineering in 2002. His career with the Commonwealth began in 2003 as a civil engineer trainee at the PA Department of Environmental Protection. In 2014, he transferred to PennDOT’s Engineering District 8 to serve as the district’s right-of-way administrator and progressed through promotions to the design services engineer and now into his current role as assistant district executive. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and lives in the Mechanicsburg area with his wife and two daughters.
