Curbing the Anxiety of Technology and Artificial Intelligence

In recent years, technology has been advancing at an exponential rate. The 2020s have introduced ChatGPT and other technological advancements that are a benefit to many. However, each emerging technology forces everyone in society to adapt. While some handle the adaptation just fine, others struggle with the constant change. There are plenty of existing classes aimed at learning new technologies. This course will be about how to deal with the struggles and phobias of technology itself, and discuss the more recent social issues related to the introduction of artificial intelligence.
Dean Zeller
Professor Dean Zeller has been an instructor of computer science and mathematics for more than thirty years, teaching variations of courses at ten different schools and universities. His favorite topics are those theoretical in nature, including algorithmic graph theory, artificial intelligence, and computer graphics. When he is not teaching, Zeller enjoys collecting comic books, fire-spinning, going on hikes, and writing movie scripts.
