Join us on a walking tour of the only facility in the country to provide physical, occupational, speech, and mental health therapy, nutrition counseling, therapeutic horsemanship, equine-assisted therapies, and educational and recreational programming under one roof. Learn about our breadth of services and engaging environment in a convenient, centralized location. Depending on weather, parts of this tour may include walking outside of the facility.
This is a two sneaker tour: Tour will include horse barn and outside areas which may be uneven. This walking tour does not involve the climbing of any staircases.
Leg Up Farm is located at 4880 N. Sherman St. Ext, Mt. Wolf, PA 17347. PLEASE NOTE: This is the address for Leg Up Farm, not Leg Up Farmer's Market which is located 10 minutes away from the farm.
Vaughn Crouse
Vaughn Crouse is the Director of Community Engagement and Events at Leg Up Farm, where he plays a pivotal role in fundraising, public relations, and community outreach as a member of the Development team. With a passion for building relationships and organizing meaningful events, Vaughn is dedicated to enhancing the farm’s outreach and expanding its positive influence. His commitment to community involvement has led to him serving as the President-Elect of the Uptown York Rotary Club, Ambassador for Downtown Inc., and on the committees of Adult Prom York and Keep York Beautiful.
