Join Weis Dietitian Emily Bumgarner as we walk through the aisles of a local Weis Markets store. We will discuss better for you options throughout the store, look at nutrition labels, product recommendations and answer any nutrition questions that may be on your mind.
Class will take place at Weis Markets located at 2065 Springwood Road, York PA 17403.

Emily Bumgarner, M.Ed., RDN, LDN is the Weis Markets Dietitian for the Harrisburg area. She provides nutrition education and overall wellness tips through a variety of formats, including conducting virtual classes, one-on-one consultations, and local community events. She also appears on social media and local television stations to deliver nutrition messages and delicious recipes. In addition to customer education, she provides employee wellness programming to Weis associates. Bumgarner believes that every food can fit into your diet and moderation is key to a healthy lifestyle.
