Join us for a cooking class to learn about cooking delicious foods with herbs and spices and how to create a healthy eating pattern that tastes great! During this class, we invite you to discover new recipe ideas using herbs and spices to enhance the aroma and taste of foods. You will get to taste test several different recipes. Sarah Davis

Sarah Davis is a health and wellness and food safety educator with Penn State Extension based in Adams County. She received an undergrad in Family and Consumer Science education from Messiah University and a master's degree in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching from Pennsylvania Western University.


Karen Carrier

Karen Carrier is a health and wellness educator at Penn State Extension based in York County. Karen has a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Messiah University and has been involved in community-based nutrition education for over 20 years.
