Let's Cook: Mediterranean

Join us for a tasty trip to the Mediterranean!  In this demonstration-based cooking class, you'll enjoy some authentic Mediterranean recipes that are healthy and delicious.  Our instructors offer some educational information and then will walk you through every step of several recipes.  You will be able to taste-test what is prepared during the class.  What are you waiting for?  Let's Cook with Extension!

Sarah Davis

Sarah Davis is a health and wellness and food safety educator with Penn State Extension based in Adams County. She received an undergrad in Family and Consumer Science education from Messiah University and a master's degree in Nutrition and Wellness Coaching from Pennsylvania Western University.


Karen Carrier

Karen Carrier is a health and wellness educator at Penn State Extension based in York County. Karen has a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Messiah University and has been involved in community-based nutrition education for over 20 years.
