This is a three-sneaker tour with a substantial amount of walking, outdoor walking, historic tour pace, and not all areas accessible.

Kimberly Burgen
Kimberly Burgen first started at The New York Wire Works in 2021. She was general manager of The York Merchant. At the beginning of 2025 she decided to be semi-retired and is now working as the leasing manager of the building. She loves everything about the building, including the entrepreneurs and creators that make up the community. Burgen is a mother to six children, including three step-children. She has twenty-one grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, with number four coming in June of 2025. Her family is her world and she tries to spend every second she can with them. She enjoy hiking with her Corgi (Pako), going to the mountains, games, getting with friends, fire pits, and reading. She is truly enjoying her semi-retirement.
