Course | Registration opens 5/19/2025 8:00 AM EDT

Learn the basics of improv comedy in a two-hour workshop filled with activities and games designed to have you think on your feet like never before.  Participants will have fun in a supportive atmosphere while uncovering the potential of improv in everyday life.  Studies have shown that improv can increase creativity,  well-being, and the ability to tolerate uncertainty.  Improv exercises reward active listening, superior communication skills, and empathy.  Reconnect with your inner child and embrace the unknown in an encouraging environment.
