Why Our Churches are Dying (Repeat from 2024 with changes)

Course | Registration opens 8/4/2025 8:00 AM EDT

Those in Mega-Churches may be blissfully ignorant that the Church in America is dying and disappearing. The statistics on its survival, especially small Churches, have been consistently bad for decades now - the decline of Christianity is steady and all too real. Why are so many young people changing their religious affiliation to none or atheist? We’ll talk about what Jesus meant when He said, “Follow Me.” Dietrich Bonhoeffer wrote “When Jesus calls a man, he bids him come and die.” What does that even mean in our everyday lives? How do we begin? And how can small Churches come alive?
