Volunteers are the heart of any nonprofit, driving its success and impact. In this course, you'll learn how to engage, support, and motivate volunteers to maximize their contributions. Change is inevitable, but getting volunteers to embrace it can be challenging. We’ll explore strategies for introducing organizational changes effectively, gaining volunteer buy-in, and minimizing resistance. By the end, you'll have practical tools to inspire and empower volunteers, ensuring they stay engaged and committed to your mission. This course will be held at The York County SPCA, located at 3159 N. Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.
