Program Description

This course will provide an annual update of the state of homelessness in York County. The instructor will explain the root causes of homelessness and how York County's largest homeless shelter is addressing the need.

Patrick Ball

Patrick Ball serves as the CEO of CBY Professional Services. In addition to strategy and organizational development work, he focuses on interim leadership. He currently serves as the interim CEO of LifePath Christian Ministries, York County's largest homeless shelter. Homelessness has become a significant issue recently in York County. The reasons for homelessness are complex, the face of homelessness is changing, and the volume of York County residents experiencing homelessness is at an all-time high. LifePath working with community partners is actively leading efforts to address this.
