Keystone Kidspace Tour and Playdate

Tour the historic York Armory, now home to nonprofit Keystone Kidspace. Kidspace is a hub for STEAM enrichment for kids and their grownups - a space where visitors tinker with a range of materials and tools while building their creative confidence, resilience and collaboration skills. Co-Founder and Executive Director Jessica Brubaker will lead a tour of the revitalized historic property and share about Kidspace's history, mission and programs. Participants will then have the opportunity to tinker, create and play throughout the facility.
Participants are encouraged to wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing.
Jessica Brubaker
Jessica Brubaker is co-founder and Executive Director of Keystone Kidspace. She has spent her career in the nonprofit sector, primarily as a nonprofit consultant specializing in strategic and business planning and has been an adjunct professor at York College teaching courses in nonprofit management, social entrepreneurship and philanthropy. She has extensive governance experience with organizations ranging from the Cultural Alliance to York’s Central Market and is serving her third term appointed by Governor Wolf to the Pennsylvania Commission for Women.
