Battlebots
SEP Week 1 | Available
Suit up for BattleBots: Armor Up, a hands-on class where campers design and craft protective armor from recycled materials for pre-built robots. Working in teams, students will plan, prototype, and attach creative eco-friendly armor to enhance durability and style. They'll test and refine designs, learn principles of protection and balance, and compete in friendly matches where the most inventive and effective armor wins. Emphasis is on sustainability, teamwork, and problem-solving—may the best-armored bot take the crown!
- Students entering grades 3-7
All students should bring a backpack containing a change of clothes, a water bottle, and a snack. For the safety of all students, snacks must be peanut-free.
Students staying for the full day should also bring a lunch and a second snack. Lunch does not need to be peanut-free. If your child has a food allergy, a safe space will be provided for them to eat.
Please note that we are unable to heat or reheat food items for students. This policy is consistent with our procedures during the academic school year.
