Smoothies and Sweets - Blend, Taste, Make Friends

Sip, snack, and share in Smoothies & Sweets, a low/no-bake class where campers combine healthy and fun ingredients to create tasty treats. Students will experiment with fresh fruits, yogurt, nut butters, granolas, and sweet toppings to craft smoothies, parfaits, energy bites, and other no-bake delights. Emphasis is on safe food prep, flavor exploration, and trying new combinations—great for expanding palates and making new friends.
- Students entering grade 1 through grade 7
All students should bring a backpack containing a change of clothes, a water bottle, and a snack. For the safety of all students, snacks must be peanut-free.
Students staying for the full day should also bring a lunch and a second snack. Lunch does not need to be peanut-free. If your child has a food allergy, a safe space will be provided for them to eat.
Please note that we are unable to heat or reheat food items for students. This policy is consistent with our procedures during the academic school year.
