Space Explorers

SEP Week 5 | Available

Look up and wonder in Space Explorers, a hands-on class for anyone who's ever been curious about the night sky. Campers will explore planets, stars, and galaxies through guided observations, model solar-system projects, and hands-on activities that explain orbits, phases, and space travel. The class also includes engaging lessons on the history of space exploration—from early rocketry to moon landings and modern missions. Expect interactive demos, mission-style challenges, and a chance to build your own mini-space gadget. Perfect for young astronomers and dreamers—binoculars and big questions encouraged!

  • Students entering grade 1 through grade 7
  • All students should bring a backpack containing a change of clothes, a water bottle, and a snack. For the safety of all students, snacks must be peanut-free.

Students staying for the full day should also bring a lunch and a second snack. Lunch does not need to be peanut-free. If your child has a food allergy, a safe space will be provided for them to eat.

Please note that we are unable to heat or reheat food items for students. This policy is consistent with our procedures during the academic school year.
