#8 & #10 Round 1” flat
PAINT:
2 Reds 2 Blues 2 Yellows (a set of each in warm &cool)
These are some examples of warm vs cool colors:
Yellow- Cad yellow med hue vs lemon yellow
Red- Cad red med hue vs permanent alizarin crimson
Blue- ultramarine blue vs thalo blue
Bring any colors you have. If you’re like me you have plenty!
PAPER: 2 pieces of 11”x15” 140lb watercolor paper
(we will be tearing the paper into smaller pieces)
I use Arches 140lb, Fabriano Artistico 140lb,
Bring any paper you like painting on
ADDITIONALSUPPLIES
pencil & eraser, masking tape or large clips &a board to hold paper, spray bottle of water ,2 water containers & paper towels.
This list is to allow you to have the essential supplies needed without over-burdering you with unnecessary items for a workshop. You may bring any supplies you are comfortable painting with.

Lorraine Rimmelin
Lorraine is a New York-based artist specializing in watercolor painting. She uses an explosion of colors to capture the likeness of flowers, animals, & landscapes. Her dramatic water view paintings are inspired by her love of the south shore of Long Island where she resides in her beach side bungalow.
Lorraine is a Signature Member of the North East Watercolor Society. She has had her paintings displayed in several prestigious galleries including a solo show in New York City.
After a long and fulfilling career as a hair designer, colorist & salon owner, she has transformed her love of shape, color & design into an award-winning profession of limitless pleasure.
