Make an Inside Out Ornament
Adult | Available
Spend a weekend at the lathe transforming pieces of ordinary wood into a striking holiday ornament—and learning an advanced technique in the process. As the name implies, you shape the inside of the ornament first, then flip the pieces to make the outside. You’ll also learn how to use mica powder to give your ornaments a golden shine. Hang the finished ornament on your own tree or give it as a gift.
Some prior woodturning experience is desirable but not essential.
