With joint emphasis on the tools provided by the digital camera and the works of the past masters of photography, we'll improve both our photographic skills and our ability to be constructive critics of the work of others. Our direction will be guided largely by the interests of the class, but will include weekly exercises and review of student work. Although access to software like Lightroom and Photoshop is not required, we will talk about how these tools are used by photographers. A digital camera is required.
