This course focuses on the process of art-making as meditative, restorative, and inspiring. Like yoga for your creative mind, exercises in focus, letting go, mark-making, and exploration encourage new thinking and push boundaries. The focus is process, not product, though you may find exciting buds for new projects. This is a great class for creative professionals to expand creative thinking as well as anyone looking to open their creative process!

Materials: Please bring a sketchbook. All other materials provided. But please bring in any additional ephemera, ongoing projects, and materials if desired.
