Dignity for All Students ACT (DASA) Training
Who needs to complete DASA training? Anyone applying for NYS teacher certification after December 31, 2013, must complete six hours of DASA training which is comprised of school professionals including but not limited to: teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors, psychologists, social workers, and coaches.

  • This 6 hour course will be taught online and it will take place over 2 days, and will be split into 3 hours at a time. Please designate a quiet place to be able to log in and participate in this virtual DASA training.
  • First Class: Saturday, August 28th 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Second Class: Monday, August 30th 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Once you register you will receive the Teams Link in your confirmation email to log into the online class, and again the day before the class start date in a separate email from the Office of Continuing Education.
  • NO LATE ADMITTANCE
  • The state mandates 6 hours of training, so anyone joining after the workshop begins will not be admitted and will have to pay and attend another session.
