This Yoga Sculpt class is designed to enhance your physical and mental health by incorporating 2–3-pound hand weights into vinyasa flow sequences with repetitions, breathing exercises, and meditation.
- Please bring a set of 2–3-pound hand weights, a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes.
Valerie Bolger
Being passionate about health has led Valerie Bolger to earn her Master’s in Health Education and 200-hour YogaFit Teacher Training. Valerie is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Sports and Exercise Sciences Department and Health and Yoga Teacher for the Office of Continuing Education at SUNY Oneonta. Being born and raised in Central New York has given her an opportunity to live a healthy and positive lifestyle by gardening, hiking, and swimming. She continues her education by participating in a variety of professional development trainings.
