Fundamentals of Yoga with Arlana
Yoga | Available
This is a “back to basics” class for students new to yoga or long-time students who want to review the basic principles of yoga – alignment, self-awareness, breath, moving safely into poses, stretching. We will focus on the basic poses and flows used in most yoga classes to ensure that we are doing them correctly and safely with regard to each individual’s body and ability.
This class will be limited to a maximum of 7 students so Arlana can really pay attention to each student and give individualized instruction.
- Students need to bring a yoga mat; other props that we may use (chairs, blocks, straps) are provided. Students should wear loose, comfortable and stretch clothing.
