This ServSafe® Food Manager Certification & Renewal Class is 8 hours in total and is designed to meet state and local food safety requirements. Whether you're new to food service or a seasoned professional, this course will give you the tools to ensure safe food handling and regulatory compliance. A 6-hour instructional course includes a variety of teaching methods to keep classes engaging and educational. The 2-hour proctored exam period with our ServSafe® Registered Instructor/Proctor immediately follows instruction.
Designed for restaurant owners, managers, and head chefs/cooks.
Certifications expire 5 years after the date of issue and can be renewed at any point.
This class includes comprehensive instruction, interactive discussions and real-world examples to help reinforce key concepts such as
Foodborne Illness and losses associated with an outbreak

There will be occasional breaks throughout instruction, and a period for lunch. Participants are able to pick up the course book, included in class purchase, prior to the date of instruction to study and review material.
