ServSafe Food Handlers Certification & Renewal Class

This ServSafe® Food Handler Certification & Renewal Class is designed to meet state and local food safety requirements. Whether you are an employee seeking your Food Handler Card or an operation seeking a compliant solution for your employees, the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® Food Handler Program is right for you.   The 2-hour instructional course includes a variety of teaching methods to keep classes engaging and educational, followed by a proctored exam period with our ServSafe® Registered Instructor/Proctor.

Certifications expire 3 years after the date of issue and can be renewed at any point.
 
This class includes comprehensive instruction, interactive discussions and real-world examples to help reinforce key concepts such as
  • Basic Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-Contamination & Allergens
  • Time and Temperature
  • Cleaning and Sanitation

 

  • There will be occasional breaks throughout instruction. Participants are able to pick up the course book, included in class purchase, prior to the date of instruction to study and review material.
  • Participants should come prepared with a #2 pencil, and photo ID.
