This ServSafe® Alcohol Training Certification & Renewal Class is 5 hours in total and is designed to meet state and local alcohol safety requirements. Whether you're new to alcohol service or a seasoned professional, this course will give you the tools to ensure safe alcohol handling and regulatory compliance. This 5-hour instructional course includes a variety of teaching methods to keep classes engaging and educational as well as a proctored exam period with our ServSafe® Registered Instructor/Proctor immediately following instruction.

Designed for managers, bartenders, servers, and anyone who serves alcohol in your establishment.

Certifications expire 3 years after the date of issue and can be renewed at any point.
 
This class includes comprehensive instruction, interactive discussions and real-world examples to help reinforce key concepts including:
  • Checking IDs and spotting fake IDs
  • Understanding state alcohol laws
  • Recognizing signs of intoxication
  • How to recognize service professionally
  • Preventing sales to minors

  • There will be occasional breaks throughout instruction, and a period for lunch. Participants are able to pick up the course book, included in class purchase, prior to the date of instruction to study and review material.

  • Participants should come prepared with a #2 pencil, and photo ID.
