Inspired by ballet movements, this class for adults of all ages and abilities will help you develop awareness of alignment and experience simple dance techniques. Moving Meditation improves coordination and balance, brings peace to both mind and body, and will make you more graceful and confident in every aspect of life.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move around, such as yoga pants and a t-shirt.
For shoes, you will want to wear comfortable workout shoes, dance sneakers, ballet shoes, etc. No flip flops or slide shoes (Mules, Crocs, sandals, etc).
Recommended, but not required: Yoga Mat.
