As beginner knitters, you will start by learning the basic knit stitch and purl stitch, as well as basic finishing techniques. We will first knit a few small, square samples, exploring the common garter stitch, stocking stitch, and rib stitch. You will have the choice to then move on to knitting a scarf or a hat - or both, if you are feeling extra industrious! There will be various styles of scarves and hats to choose from.
