Try something new this winter! Explore working in metal to create unique rings and earrings to give as holiday gifts or keep for yourself. Topics explored include piercing, sawing, texturing, soldering, and forming.
- Most materials, such as one copper sheet and wire, are included in your class fees. You may wish to purchase silver and stones from suppliers such as Rio Grande. A limited selection is also
- available for purchase at TAC. (For beginners, I recommend waiting to place an order until we
- have a chance to meet.)
Please come with ideas, a sketch book, and a small box such as a pencil box to transport your- projects.
For safety reasons, it is important that you only wear natural fibers to class. Also, you must- wear pants that go below the knee and closed toe shoes. Any long hair needs to be pulled
- back away from your face.
