624 - Creative Costuming - Ages 9-12 (week 1)

In this camp, you will learn how to design and create costumes, props, and accessories using fabric, craft foam, plaster, wire, and anything else you can find to create your own wearable work of art. Skills taught will depend on each camper’s project but will include a combination of sewing, mask-making, sculpting, prop construction, puppetry, and painting.
On the last day of camp, you and your fellow campers will show off your final creations!
- Please make sure to bring a snack, and a filled water bottle, and come dressed for mess. Snack breaks will be held outside (weather permitting)so make sure to pack a hat and/or some sunscreen.
